Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Valgorit, we want you to stay ahead of the game with the perfect pair of sneakers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before it has been dispatched (whichever is earlier) for a full refund. Please contact us at info@valgorit.com or +91 93551 51723 to request a cancellation.

  • After Shipping: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, opt to return the product once it is delivered to you, subject to our Return Policy below.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-Day Return/Exchange Window from the date of delivery.

  • Sizing Issues: If the sneakers do not fit, you can request an exchange for a different size (subject to availability).

  • Conditions for Return/Exchange: To be eligible, the sneakers must be:

    • Unworn and unused: We cannot accept sneakers that show signs of outdoor wear, dirt on the soles, or creasing.

    • Original Packaging: Must be returned in the original Valgorit shoe box with all tags, tissue paper, and extra laces (if any) intact.

    • Intact Box: Please do not use the shoe box as the outer shipping box. Wrap the shoe box in a protective layer before handing it to the courier.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or “Clearance” event.

  • Sneakers that have been washed or cleaned.

  • Products returned without the original brand box or with a damaged box.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it. If approved, your refund will be processed:

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account, Card, or Wallet) within 5-7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be made via Bank Transfer or UPI. You will be asked to provide your bank details or UPI ID via our secure customer service channel.

  • Shipping Charges: Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

We take pride in our quality, but if you receive a pair that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide clear photos/videos of the defect and the packaging.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

6. Reverse Pickup

  • We offer reverse pickup services for most pin codes across India.

  • If your location is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may be required to self-ship the product to our Rohini warehouse. In such cases, a fixed shipping credit may be provided to your Valgorit account.
