Thank you for choosing Valgorit. We are committed to delivering your new sneakers to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to over 20,000+ pin codes across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or National Holidays.

  • In the event of a high volume of orders (such as during festive sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or SMS if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

3. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Timelines

We partner with leading courier services (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, and Ecom Express) to ensure timely delivery. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Delhi/NCR: 2-3 Business Days.

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 Business Days.

  • Rest of India: 5-7 Business Days.

  • North-East & Remote Locations: 7-10 Business Days.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of the order.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A nominal COD fee of ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 99] may be applicable to cover the additional handling costs associated with cash collections.

  • Any applicable shipping or COD charges will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • COD is available for orders up to ₹[Insert Limit, e.g., 5000].

  • To ensure the security of the shipment, our customer service team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your COD order before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders may be subject to cancellation.

  • Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery, as courier partners do not carry change.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and a link to the courier partner’s website. You can track your sneakers in real-time until they reach your doorstep.

7. Incorrect Addresses & Non-Delivery

  • Valgorit is not responsible for shipment failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to our Rohini warehouse after three failed delivery attempts by the courier partner, the order will be cancelled.

  • For prepaid orders returned to us due to non-delivery, a refund will be processed (excluding shipping costs) or a reshipment can be arranged at an additional cost.

8. Damages during Transit

If you receive your Valgorit sneaker box in a damaged or tampered condition, please do not accept the package from the courier. Take a photo of the tampered packaging and contact us immediately at info@valgorit.com or +91 93551 51723.
